Used to block off Sunday mornings for content scheduling.
Copy post. Switch tabs. Paste. Pick time. Repeat 30 times across 4 platforms.
Three hours gone before noon. Every week.
Built an n8n workflow to kill it.
Now I paste my content into a Google Sheet, hit run, and the workflow handles the rest. Formats each post per platform, schedules everything, logs it back when done.
11 minutes. Tested it this morning.
No Hootsuite. No Buffer. No monthly fee. Just Google Sheets, n8n, and an hour to set it up once.
The thing most people don’t realize — the bottleneck was never writing the content. It was the copy-paste circus after.
Automate the circus. Keep the creative work.
If you’re still doing this manually, reply and tell me which platforms you’re posting to. Might be able to cut your setup time in half depending on your stack.

Very “ApexQuant” energy.
Feels like less talk, more systems and execution.
You can tell it’s written by someone actually building, not just commenting.
